Mode A automatically turns on at dusk and remains 20% brightness up to five hours after which it will turn off.

Mode B automatically turns on to full brightness when motion is detected in the range of twenty feet and then turns to 3% brightness in twenty seconds of non motion.

Mode C automatically turns on to full brightness when motion is detected in range of twenty feet and then turns off in thirty seconds of non motion.

Mode D will turn off the light. The back light is always on for decoration in any of the above three modes. Front light color temperature is a bright white 6000 kelvin.
